No idea.
I never read that bit, in fact I don't read much of the magazine as it's so repetitive.
Just looking at the photos in the local club report section puts me off, they all look like the members of our village bowls club, who I avoid like the plague.
Groucho Marxs advice has always stood me in good stead since I got thrown out of the ATC, not long after my Hercules flight:
"I refuse to join any club that would have me as a member."
