I know a few 'benders' and they drive Vauxhall people carrier things (for all their friends, yes serioulsy) and another drives an Audi convertible but never puts the roof down as it mess with the barnet.

I can think of three bandits I know.
Two drive BINIs (the really fugly really new ones) one drives a Polo.
In all fairness the classic car scene is full of gay folk who lavish a lot of money and attention on their cars, and they have some very nice and interesting cars too.
I have no problem with them, as long as they don’t try to come onto me (I had that once, ffs).
As Richie once said “don’t knock it Eddie, cuts down the field for guys like us”
