It was this thing.....The local lie rag called it a Fiat 124 Spider. Hooli's description would seem more apt.

I think they are actually built by Mazda on the next line to the MX5. The best of Italian and Jap car making / design / electrical / rust proofing put together.

Yeah, it's an MX-5 with different front and back, and a Multiair Turbo instead of the Mazda 2.0.

It's a Megane it will of died in some horrid and expensive way. The poor bugger is probably still paying off the loan so has kept it sat on the drive for the last 8 years
