! Where can i get a repro Tornado decal made ?

Put a picture up of what it should look like, I've got a vinyl cutter

I've brought Civic home for the weekend . It was still revving up and down 3000 to 500 back to 3000 to 500 . I carefully disconnected this and that ...no difference . Removed airbox..Just above the throttle plate are 2 large bypass ports.. sticking my finger in one, brought down the idle to normal.. A solenoid controls the port , by rotating a shaft , i guess with a cross drilled hole in it .After unscrewing the solenoid , It was well stiff and by rotating it this way and that, it freed it off . Refitted the solenoid, and its all honky dory ! 750rpm constant .

So the idle control valve?

I bought a roll of red vinyl yesterday ..The flanks have numerous little dents , where the old biddy kept opening her car door and bumping it with her door I've looked on ebay at chequer flag decals to stick over it . I cut out a Honda logo with my Swann Morton tonight , but it isn't gonna cover many dents.. In fact it might draw the eye more to notice the dents ! The vinyl is matt.

I dunno SiC , tonight its idling constant ,without fluctuating but 1100rpm even when warmed up . If you then turn it off and restart it it's 750rpm ..Sometimes .. Look for vacuum leak..? The bit i took apart was like a model plane engine carb , rotating shaft with a x drilled hole, closing a port ..
