Talk about your cars etc here. Keep it sort of sensible and on topic please.

The TT is stil leaking fuel. I can't seem to get the jubilee clip tight enough on the connector, no matter how hard I try.

This really needs to stop being my Mrs daily as it ideally needs a lot of small jobs doing. I'm either working or she's using it though so getting the time is near impossible.

Really frustrating.

Iirc you replaced the fuel hose - definitely sure you have the right diameter fuel hose? Especially metric Vs imperial sizes as they can be close but not the same. Fuel hose clamps may offer better clamping then a jubilee clip too.

Local car part shop is closing. Not that I used them that often as never really had much in and went to one further afield.
Probably more interested to PhilA than anyone else.

Yeah 5mm ID and it was tight to go on. I'd like to do them in copper with just the ends in rubber ans they can bend more easily and approach the joins straight, which is the problem.

Googling brings up 7.5mm or some have used 5/16" (8mm). If so possibly 5mm is too tight and stretching it out too far?
