I know these things are a bit rare over here now, but 12k for a Tagora ! They were a bit crap when new and no one wanted one when there were so many better executive motors could be had.

Usual thing where someone sees rare and so thinks it must be worth ££££?

Wasn't that featured in Practical Classics a few months ago?

I reckon it'd be worth it to some weathly old boy who has great memories about them, so a market of maybe one person who is unlikely to read Car and Classic.

(Just to preempt the usual suspects I don't like them, I'm not wealthy despite the shit you come out with and I wouldn't sell any gold, even if I had it, to get one.)

That reason is what is always rolled out. An incredibly tiny market to be targeting to though which inevitably means it'll just sit for sale for years until the price significantly drops. Then you might get someone interested in it because it's quirky, so worth a punt if cheap.
