I think it was an 83. I had a lot of folk telling me it should be Q plated but on points system it was running unmodified chassis,engine,Box, steering frame and rea axle as well as brakes. It was essentially a reliant with body removed. It had a DVLA covering letter stating it was correct too. If it was a Q plate it wouldn't be exempt but how it was I doubt it would be classed as radically modified so should have still retained the exemption when it was eligible which would have been a few months ago if I'm correct.

Tarbuck was fined £716, with £110 costs and ordered to pay a £286 victim surcharge.
His clean driving licence was endorsed with five penalty points.
