What did you do today?

Talk about your cars etc here. Keep it sort of sensible and on topic please.

It was there when we moved in. Easy to post mail if nothing else.

Update and some background on my recent ABS and TC failure messages on the Saab 93.

Last Friday when I collected my son from basketball, I unlocked the car and he dropped his ball in the footwell before we got in. Somehow this set off the alarm and even when I started the car it wouldn't stop. It only stopped when I took the key out and put it back in.

After that the steering lock stopped working and the next time I used the car was when the ABS and traction control faults appeared.

On Monday, both lights went out and the steering lock started working again. Strange.

It's cursed.

You need the curse to be lifted by an appropriately qualified witch doctor.
I'm sure that if you post about it on a Nigerian Web site someone will offer to help for a modest fee.

Google maps says 144 miles and 3 hours 10 minutes by car.
I'm expecting to do it in less time though.
