Eddie .. i discovered a small item box , hardly a glove box though, on the offside of the dashboard on my EJ9 . I thought it was just a lid for the fuse box . In it, was a rubber thing ... is it a Honda special part / tool or something the last owner put in there ? There was a lot of golf tees and gloves etc left in it , maybe its a golf club thing

It IS a glove box. It's a special Jeremy Beadle edition for his right-hand glove. PHACT!

Most people with equal-sized hands refer to it a coin tray, although it's mainly used in SE Asia for MOT Tester gratuities.

Now the rubber thing, I had to think about. I've deffo seen one before and couldn't quite remember (believe it or not) where exactly it is used.

Then I had the lightbulb moment and can tell you it's the rubber buffer that goes between the interior rear view mirror and the windscreen. (No. 12 on the diagram)

Thats fucking very awesome Eddie ..SK = screen keeper.. Sadly though, my windscreen has just last week , bust . My Saga insurance fully comp, was 200 quid, excess for screen 100 quid ..They might be pissed off ..
