They usually do, but it's a tiny hole. If the reservoir is full up and you don't remove the cap, it makes an excellent brake fluid atomiser.

Re: My slightly knackered old cars
When pushing back caliper pistons the best practice is to open the bleed nipple to push them back. I found this out many years ago with mk2 astra's having a habit of flipping the seals in the master cylinder if you pushed fluid back through the master cylinder. Also bleeding brakes rarely needs 2 people just let gravity do the work as 99% of the time you will get all the air out as long as you haven't emptied the master cylinder.

Re: My slightly knackered old cars
I was going to say that those Felicia pickups were factory, then I saw the back and realised it was a Cube Van with the top removed (to make a slightly worse version of something they did out of the factory anyway).

Re: My slightly knackered old cars
Is there any real difference to the van with the top removed and the factory pickup aside from the major bodgery to the rear doors?

I don't think there is any difference, the cube van even has the bolts behind the bumper for fitting a tailgate just like the standard pickup.captain_70s wrote: ↑Sun May 26, 2019 2:39 pm Is there any real difference to the van with the top removed and the factory pickup aside from the major bodgery to the rear doors?

Re: My slightly knackered old cars
Spend the day making a new tailgate on the Felicia, it's made from a metal shelf from inside the unit. I put very little effort into making it but perhaps I'll make it look a little bit more presentable tomorrow.
