Yep, needs must. 'still 1.0 on v5' as often seen on Corsas Polos etc for sale on Facebook is something we often take the piss out of. It's especially bad in this case as I'm dodging a tenner a month in RFL if I don't declare. Still, the engine seller replied straight away and is posting me a hand written receipt with the engine number and cubic capacity on it. I'll send Swansea that and a covering letter with the V5 and see if I get a new V5 back. If it's rejected... meh, probably sell it and the S90 on, then I'll have a couple of grand. Could get a Farina, old Renault or something then T5 is a keeper though.
I took it to a local weekly retro car meet last week and the car was well regarded
The Civic is in the garage not being used for the time being.
I've got a GRP Chargespeed replica rear wing to fit at some point (a bigger ducktail) like so:
but it needs painting, it was delivered in primer. It's a bolt on replacement for the standard thingy, and finishes off the rear end quite nicely I think.
Not much other news at the moment.

I sanded back the wanky steering wheel, some plonker had indeed sprayed a wooden Momo, with zero prep. No cracks or anything in it.
A coat of varnish and it's going on eBay for 60 quid. I only paid 20!
The S90's V5 has arrived - they've changed them again. It's a bit condensed now to the point it's 25% blank!
Also it has a non-trasferrable reg, so must have had a private plate in the past.
It's flattened its battery again so I'm leaving it on charge overnight.

Is there a drain or is the battery just knackered from standing discharged?

I know I'm a bit thick sometimes, but I have a vague semblance of taste.

Sorry Ghosty but I did actually when I saw that picture followed right after the one about a semblance of taste.
