I was getting all the braking on the front, as as well as a seized brake regulator. The piece of brake pipe over the rear axle on that side had collapsed inwards as well so it would not bleed.

. A new one has been fitted and we now have a pass.
Next job will be new hoses all round as it would seem they are all starting to go. Apart from that the car is solid bodywork wise

Two in fact. I have two of them.
They get lots of love, if that's another term for costing a lot of money.

It's all relative I'm sure. Have you been charged £75 for plugging one in to a diagnostic machine to have a poxy light turned out yet?

Ouch! Poor maintenance by previous owners or just a bit of bad luck with a few things stacking up at once?

Junkmans right a lot of love equals a lot of ££££s. I have also been working my way through the fuel pipes replacing the old slightly perished ones as well. Did the fuel filter as well as it looked a bit rough. It does drive better since I serviced it as well.
