I haven't read the next 3 pages so sorry if this has already been covered.
My suggestions ram air effect on over run causing it to run very weak on the over run and stall.
Going weak on over run causing stalling.

Had the first one with a Vauxhall Omega and a doctored inlet system and the second with an LPG range rover.

What type of air filter do you have fitted?

As in k&n type of thing 2 flat plates with a filter sandwiched between them?

Some brief interruption to the supply of air?

Maybe the airflow under the bonnet gets screwed up or stalls in certain circumstances?

What direction does that filter point in? Will it rotate to a different one?

If you cane it up the road in second and hold it at high revs then come to a halt does it also stall, or does it need to be going over a certain speed?
