Travelling back now and managed a couple more. Very clean Mk1 Golf in Lhasa green iirc? A metro Ascot and a Mk1 Passat with an intercooler very stealthily* mounted in the front of it. A mate had one at college many moons ago, haven't seen one in forever!

Hopefully it hasn't been converted to rwd and a Peugeot engine though.

Fingers crossed the Passat hasn't Bern hacked too much. Apart from the front it looked to be in nice original condition.

I had to move this the other day, it's actually not in bad nick apart from the bumper, starts first touch every time too. A while back it was the source of an enormous amount of fun drifting it round a wet field at midnight after 6 or 7 pints and a spliff

These are pretty rare now? Anyone know of another? It's missing some trim off the rear passenger door iirc.

I spotted a V12 XJS laid up in a garage too the other day but had no time to snap it.

Plymouth again today. Golf is munching the miles. It's done 70k ish in the last 3 or so years. Very limited spots of interest but I did miss a Yank that CLINT would have liked.
