No pics, I'm afraid but there is a bloke outside the Post Office up the road from me trying to start a 1948 Ford. It obviously got there under its own steam but didn't want to return. Think its flooded (smells like it) and it sounds like there are only 4 of the 6 volts left. Another car had just arrived so he seemed to have plenty of help on hand. Don't fancy pushing that......

I do like those VW campers, especially in patinated condition. Couldn't own one though, way too popular. I could only buy one if everyone thought they were shit and worthless.

Talking of VW campers, I was out in mine tonight parked up at a local forest pond. This turned up - I heard it first, thanks to those pipes!

They were nicknamed Belsens back in the day, mainly because the sorry heaps of shit would try to gas the occupants once the heater channels rotted out. They are absolutely fucking hateful in every respect. The original Transit could not arrive fast enough.
