That's a car I never understood. Folk complain about BL/BMC muddled marketing but to replace the Alpine (in name, at least) with a version of the new Rapier minus a bit of trim/performance (including the vinyl roof quarters) and random hi-back seats always seemed a little odd to me.

All part of the Arrow mix, I suppose....Plus I was only 8 at the time.
