Yes,I'm sure I shouldn't be here after that crash. I've an urge to get a pick up though. I'd rather have the MK2 transit above also!
I was once excluded from school for setting the fire bells off. My dad took me into school for a meeting with the headmaster. The school was wrapped around the car park too so my dad punished me in a way that stuck till end of school days. He took me to school to that meeting at 9 am when the classes were full in a 1985 transit van. The van was hand painted florescent yellow with purple wheels, nudge bar and some weird wannabe airbrush painting on it. He also had stereo up full tilt with I think the bay city rollers on. ( This was in 2001) people noticed,it stuck and kids can be so cruel! Anyway I digress!

This is my commercial offering, a Morris. It has an all-steel cab, rare in 1933 but it was more all-rust by the time I got hold of it. It must have been one of the earliest UK trucks built this way.
The body is off a Transit which means the purists look down their noses at the vehicle, a plus in my book. I got this dropside for 50quid from great scrapyard that I could see from my house. It was well run by a friendly bloke, reasonably priced, and didn't have a filthy dog to scare the shit out of customers. Sadly it closed a year ago due to new rules from that wonderful institution beloved of THE ADMIN TEAM.
One day I tell myself I'll make something more fitting, but it's still used for carting stuff so who knows. The picture is of it pulling my caravan off to Norfolk.

Fucking hell, that's brutal. We only used to get a cane across the arse in my day, easy life.

Hi Here's one I saw at a recent show Zetec powered ,Mk 3 granny running gear and a body that's as plastic as Jordon's cleavage . Designed to look like a period van most than a hot rod .
