Lazy uncaring cunt. I really do not fucking get this half-on half-off business. You haven't made the road more useable, merely in most cases blocked a pavement or verge as well. There was one I saw the other day - a lazy arse woman had left a Mokka like that CatTurd but with only about an inch of the tyre on the kerbstone - half of the car's frontal weight was resting on a square centimetre of sidewall.
