Fixed blade over 3"? is an offence isn't it? without a valid reason for carrying it.

I don't think 'looking hard' is a valid reason either.

Also I think the hand-shaping makes it an offensive weapon. Like knuckle-dusters etc.

I can't imagine saying you bought it recently to cut up your spuds and carrots in the kitchen would wash with that sort of knife.
