There was a blue ford transit on Romanian plates being driven around Heanor. The van was a right hand drive and you could see the old signwriting marks down the side. Old whitting carpets,Chesterfield. I'm sure old whit wasn't in Romania last I checked

Buy a car or van here and get you local, bribery accepted transport office to register it without seeing it. Plates then go in the post, or a mate brings them over.
You wouldn't be able to register a RHD van in most of Europe I am led to believe. Definitely not in Spain.
