Re: That awful colour MGB GT
I was hoping my 123 ignition distributor would have come today. Wanted to fit it tomorrow and see if there is any difference. But if I'm in the garage, I may miss the postie.

Better not be in the garage then.

But I've got so much welding to do...
If I don't get the 123 I'll be hiding away in there.

Re: That awful colour MGB GT
Didn't get the MGB out in the end. Couldn't be arsed as weather was wet, windy and generally grim today. Also my 123 ignition unit didn't arrive either. So not worth washing it and not worth tinkering if I'm going to have to do it again soon once the ignition unit arrives. It could do with an oil change and a grease gun session, so I'll do that when the ignition unit arrives.
Didn't get the thermostat changed on the Clio either as the coolant hasn't arrived. I paid extra for it to be shipped FedEx and arrive on last Wednesday. Doesn't even look like it's been collected from the seller yet.
Had great ambitions but I've not actually got much done on my day off today.
Managed to get a light pull switch changed out and put the washing on. Might go out to the garage in a minute to work on the Dolomite and feel like I've at least achieved something.

It doesn't make any fucking sense for a start.
