No, I don't think so. Looks more Avenger-contoured to me, I thought South Africa but it looks LHD on closer inspection. Plates don't mean anything to me either so possibly South American. They sold the Avenger in ZA as a Dodge but I have found this interesting snippet on Wikipedia if it can be believed....


An Avenger-based coupe utility (pickup) called the Dodge 1500 Pickup was made in Uruguay, but the conversion failed to properly account for structural rigidity and they literally broke apart.

Sorry, haven't a clue...To be that sparsely equipped and still be automatic I would tend to blame the Septics but given the likely accuracy of those gauges could equally be new-fangled Chinese guff.
