Not sure about that? I use Adblock plus on every browser I use, phone and laptop and don't see any ads at all, including Youtube videos. I also tend to use Opera as that has a built in adblocker now.

It might say that but there's still an option on ABP to block all ads and I honestly don't see any at all.

You must be lucky then. I swapped from Adblockplus to uBlock the other year after it stopped blocking most adverts.

What is adblock? Suppose the clue is in the name.

Yeah, it is just that...An app that filters ads out of websites and stops you seeing them. It gets detected by most revenue-earning sites and either blocks you from that webpage or triggers an opt-out. Works well on stuff like Youtube and Ebay.

I first got on the internet 25 years ago. That is equivalent to starting my driving career in one of these. Continuing with the analogy, here's my latest motor.
