If it's a motorhome I expect it to be one converted into a mobile crematorium so that he can provide an end to end service for the departed.

The Corvette went for 11250 in the end with no last minute bidding frenzy. It should net me about 10600 which isn't bad as long as the bloke pays and collects. I think the only certain thing is they will make sure he pays their bill if he backs out and then they don't care what happens. I am sure I will find out for certain in the next few days. The rest are doing ok except the little Fiat as I can see me being stuck with that one. If it doesn't go I will have to keep an eye out for an Uno turbo, then maybe it will go as well as it looks

Can't understand that Fiat....I thought 127/128 were all "highly sought after" these days if you believe the classic car press. A hot one should be at least GT/Cooper style premium.

I expected that to have sold straight away as well. It's a strange old world

Yeah, I'm puzzled at the lack of interest in the 127? Still, a good result on the 'Vette.

I think the Fiat might be a bit too modified for many peoples tastes. The target market for them and who remembers them, is likely at a age now who are after something a bit more comfortable and easier to get into.

The red one is staying and will hopefully get a bit of bodywork tidied up and a new set of tyres when the others get sold. The black one has been bid to £5500 and I have dropped the reserve to 6k so hopefully it will sell. I had a notification this afternoon that the corvette buyer has deposited the funds and should organise collection.

Feel free too delete this post, but as a former motor trader, are you liable for any warranty on them given they sold in an auction format or are you selling them as a private individual? Don't feel obliged to answer either. I realise this is on the Internet (and have been somewhat caught out previously).
