Corvette buyer might be thinking he's got a bargain anyway, so not that bothered about seeing before buying. Tbh it went for quite cheap. Probably cheapest in the UK that's a driver with an MOT?

I think the price was about right, there was an earlier car went through South West vehicle auctions classic sale in July only made just over 8k and I actually thought it looked better than mine. There are plenty for sale around the 12 to 14k mark and they have been for sale a long while.

Looks better does not necessarily equate to is better.

No stress cracking, solid underpinnings and mechanicals that aren't completely hosed is a great start for that money.

I was getting a bit worried about the Fiat sale but the guy has now paid the funds in to the escrow account. Corvette should be collected tomorrow but they are sending a trade plater by the sound of it so that buyer will have to accept the transfer before the car is going anywhere, as if some minimum wage plater decides to rag it up the M5 I am not being held responsible for that. The Bentley should be going on Friday but at least thats going on a covered trailer but they still haven't accepted the transfer to release the funds on that one so we will see.
I more boring news I have bought Citroen C Crosser (badge engineered Mitsubishi Outlander) as a winter run around which I am collecting at the weekend.

That's a remarkably normal car for you or has someone converted it into a hearse?

Normal? I think I've only ever seen one in the wild and that was quite recently.

I think I would be more concerned about sometime who's never driven a lhd before turning up with a fresh set of trade plates and wiping it out driving down the road with the passenger side sticking into oncoming traffic.

Well the Bentley is going first thing in the morning. The payment has gone into my account so it is all ready to go. The Corvette buyer is not happy with the car being driven and is hopefully sorting something else out. Fingers crossed it gets picked up tomorrow as well. So far it seems to be going fairly smoothly if a bit expensive at £600 to sell each one.

Ok I need a bit of input here. Having sold all my stock I am thinking about buying something else in. Any suggestions of what will make my fortune will be gladly taken on. Anywhere in the world is fine I am just trying to think what next, I am shit with buying cars for myself I only make money on stuff I don't really like. Cars for myself include Seat 1430 Sport, Renault 16tx and a Corvair.
