My mate has a body shop in Blyth where he mostly does insurance jobs. He ripped me off to the tune of £800 to replace the rear arches and respray the whole car. Some mate. I hope his boiler goes off.
The car with all the stuff I've bought and done to it, it probably stands me somewhere around £2.5k not including the many hours I've spent on it.
I reckon to buy something similar would be over £4k.

Nothing just a joke about the price.

I have been quoted 600 plus parts and vat to sort this.

Admittedly it has put a crease in the rear panel behind the bumper as well. I can't complain though as I sent the twats who hit it an estimate for me to do it of 550 plus the vat which will be going in my pocket if they pay. The rest of the paint is bloody awful with more orange peel than Outspan. So it would look wrong to have a decent job done on the rear end.

Bring it up here. My mate will sort it.
Is that when dpd hit it?
New arches and a respray for £800 was a mega bargain imo.

You see some oddities there. The rascal van was on two wheels quite often.
The anonymous corsa had a turbo'd atsra vxr engine.

Just had the dog out and it's looking very sorry for itself. It hasn't turned a wheel for three weeks. I might take it for a blast after work.

I used to give mine a blast in the evening or early morning. Especially nice when it was near zero and frost on the ground.
