And my van has a curve in the side profile too. Really cant workout how to manage it. I'll just see if I've an internal pic of the van so can see what I mean

Yeah but you have two verticals in the middle.
Battens either end can be L bracketed on
Hold the top in like your man does with the side door upper in that video. Plastic blocks with screws.

Ah ok,think I get it a bit better now. Thanks. Can then make something fit around the tail light aperture too. That combined with ply line panel on bulkhead should cut noise down alot and drafts too.

Yes I've seen that. Considering something similar for car boot season. Each day we go to the car boot it costs us at least a tenner on a couple of hot cobs for breakfast plus drinks. So my plan is to get a camp stove set up for bacon etc and an cooler box with drinks etc.
