Alloy master cyls are okayish but can flip the seals if you're over vigorous or are working on Vauxhall rubbish.
Iron/steel ones - ALWAYS use a pressure bleeder.

Re: Squire's voitures
I just bleed brakes by pumping a few times but never taking the pedal below its normal travel so as not to damage the seals. Then I just let it drip to get rid of any remaining air.
OMG U OK HUN?

Re: Squire's voitures
I went to visit a gentleman for some parts. He is into his cars, especially French cars.

This Anjou has the Cotal gearbox. There is also a model 864.

Re: Squire's voitures
I never heard of a La Licorne before now.
RHD DS, there was another.
Auto Victor was quite nice and could probably be put back on the road.
Yes, yes it does.

Re: Squire's voitures
Anyway, I collected the engines and boxes with Laycock de Normanville overdrive units. I intend to fit an overdrive with gearbox to my Snipe. It cruises happily in the mid-80's as it is, but an overdrive would be a welcome fitment.
