Copper gaskets can go hard again as the surface oxidises, it's good practice to reanneal if they've hung around for a while or been used before.

Aye. I'm finally boxes up them bulbs but I forgot to give them Super Mario. He seems to be between Morpeth and Lancs, bit didn't want to chance sending them to the address he gave me in case his folks have moved on. It'll have to wait until the next trip now anyway as I'm offski early doors tomorrow. L
