You might not be able to if you inhale too much of the asbestos dust.
It's good for you, opens up the lungs!

Why do you always have to spoil everything?

Today, whilst using the MG in the heavy rain, I ran through a very long stretch of standing water on the road and it conked out shortly afterwards. To make matters worse, it was uphill and I'd just pulled in front of a big HGV. Cue hazard warning lights (thank goodness I'd repaired them) and using the starter motor with 1st gear to get me off the road. I could tell the water had flooded something electrical due to the sudden failure. A quick look under the bonnet confirmed the distributor cap received a bath, the leads are side-entry so are held in by grub screws inside the cap, and thus have no waterproof rubber boots. They were waterlogged and obviously shorting out. A lot of cranking over later it started up after many attempts and I kept the revs high to restore normal service - I got it started before but foolishly let it drop to idle and it cut out again, refusing to re-start. At least I know it's got an excellent battery, as there is no starting handle.
The big Humber is in for a tune-up and new clutch. It had been running poorly of late and had started cutting out instead of ticking over idle. Blipping the throttle resulted in a pause instead of instant response, and if the throttle was suddenly opened a slight spit back through the carburretor. Some attention was overdue.

Whilst some of the valve clearances were to specification, some of the exhaust valves had closed up so much I was unable to get a .004" feeler gauge in. I cannot recall if I checked the valve clearances shortly after I got the car. I usually make a note of such things but there is no mention of it in my records.

At least all the essential reference values are printed on this handy plate in the engine bay. Presumably a 'proper' car doesn't need such an information plate.

Thus one should be using:
or a 8G726.

I deliberately ploughed through the big puddle and was all smug, thinking I'd got away with it, when disaster struck.
