Re: Rover P4 - Arrived!
Yep, we're inundated with tourists and the High Street is like a Range Rover showroom.

Re: Rover P4 - Arrived!
Refurbishing/improving my very rusty bumpers
So far done a flap disc, wire wheel and abrasive pad.
Actually quite tempted to call it quits here and lacquer it to stop it flash rusting over!
I have run out of lacquer though which is annoying as I wanted to get the bumpers back on today to give it a spin.

Re: Rover P4 - Arrived!
Thinking maybe to wax the metal rather than lacquer paint. It should give protection against rusting but still easily removable to polish again later.

Re: Rover P4 - Arrived!
Pretend the clamps aren't there.
Looks really good I reckon.
Going to polish them with autosol later or tomorrow. Then use Collinite wax to protect it from rusting.
I need to clean the Boxster now. Fantastic weather finally and it's absolutely horribly filthy from storage.

With overriders loosely attached. Can't decide if I want to have them on or not bother. Rear is missing them anyway.
