Looks nice that, I do like 60s/70s Beetles despite having had a dreadful "1st car" experience with one.
There's a great long bar in Rock & Roll heaven.......

It looks fantastic!

Are they as slow to drive as they were in the original Grand Theft Auto??!!!!!!

They've never really appealed to me; I love the fact that they exist (and in lovely condition like this) but I'm not sure I'd have been able to resist it either.

I was only taking the Mickey, it would be a terrible shame to do anything non reversible to it - they've never appealed to me in standard form, nor in pineappled form either.

I would love a road legal sand rail though, or preferably a kit to build one from something modern like an mgf

I know my VW is water-cooled and inherently quieter but the bedding in the back seems to help....Shove a duvet behind the rear seat.

Those later "new" beetles do look a lot better than the first generation
