So, quick run down of what I currently have...
Skoda Fabia/Labia. The modern daily.
Mazda MX-5 NA. The B-road hairdresser chariot. Cosmetically challenged but structurally sound after having new sills and arches.
Saab 9000. On the road, but very scabby and a bit of a village bike.
Rover 216. Cosmetically challenged and probably close to death due to clutch woes.
And finally, my 1971 Hitler mobile. My first car and ongoing project because I'm a soft headed cunt who doesn't know when to get rid of things.
I might use this thread to update you all on the various goings on, if anyone gives a shit. I barely do, so I'm not expecting anyone else to.

Nice mix of cars there, I feel as if I have failed as I have nothing under 10 years old now which has never been the case.

Superb fleet, really eclectic. I like to keep my fleet like that too. Love the 9000 in particular.

It would be, if not for the litany of other faults as well. They all add up... I'm on the fence, because I do like the car and it's surprisingly capable and comfortablecros wrote: ↑Thu Jun 15, 2023 2:32 amRover looks worth a clutch.Soundwave wrote: ↑Wed Jun 14, 2023 7:14 pm So, quick run down of what I currently have...

Re: Soundwave's accumulated automotive arse-gravy
The Saab's drivers side sun visor has become flaccid. Flops about all over the place and gets right on my man tits. Having consulted various rollneck-clad scholars on the subject, it's an endemic and unfixable problem with 9000 visors. Only solution is replacement.
So, £howfuckingmuchm8 later, a genuine NOS replacement arrived this afternoon.

Now you'll have to clean the interior so it matches.
