I wonder if it's the rear sensor. They replaced it and still doesn't work.

You’ve used the word ‘replaced’ as opposed to ‘changed out’. Are you sure that’s you?

Most useful body and a decent amount of kit in that, with the better engine.

Any half decent garage should get that back on the road with a fresh MOT without much cost or bother. He's in North Bristol, so local to you too.
