I do have a thick rubber mat from when I had the Galaxy.
If you can’t fix it with a hammer, you have an electrical problem mate.

A bit of ingenuity goes a long way. Anything can be made to fit anything else if you have the knowhow.

HAVING REALISED THAT ANOTHER MEDIUM SMALL VAN IS A BIT SILLY WHEN I ACTUALLY HAVE THE ASTRO ALREADY.

MY ATTENTION HAS GONE BACK TO A CAR I LIKED FOR ALL THE WRONG REASONS

SO ITS A REASONABLY SMALL WAGON.

ADVISE, DISCUSS, TUT, SHAKE HEADS.

THANK YOU.

❤️

😂😂😂😂

I mentioned elsewhere that some friends have a mandate to prevent you from getting your ass blasted.

Really good friends will enforce the mandates

The Astro is more than enough van for the uses I would have for it. And at 22mpg for the first 200 miles I used it, actually a lot cheaper than buying, insuring and taxing another small medium sized van.

A car like an early Mini Clubman (with intact subframe and Peugeot diesel engine) could be a great daily and Mini van.

Not in my price range.

They retain value insanely.

I play in the sub £1500 market.

But…….. Find one as you say.

Looking at Clubvans, two for £4500 are cheapest I can see.

However……

2008 Diesel clubman for £1000 about 140 miles from here.

Knowledge and opinion on this sort of description invited.

Slipping clutch, EML.

My American cars often have EML/Service Soon lights on and don’t worry me.

Mini Clubman D 1.6 diesel runs and drives slightly rough around the body.

153,000 miles
MOT - 12/2024
£20 a year tax

Clutch slips occasionally when you put your foot flat down.
EML illuminated
CAT C back in 2020

Used the vehicle personally the last 3/4 years any questions feel free to ask.

I wouldn't go near a modern diesel with clutch trouble as that will get very expensive very quickly. Why not have a go on Retroshite's raffle for a proper Mini Clubman this weekend
