Trust the Renault to be the one that escapes out of all the cars you have.

I bet it'll start and run fine too.

Probably. It'll need the battery charging and some fresh fuel. But it'll run.

Who would of thought at the end of the world a Renault would come out unscathed. Fingers crossed things start looking brighter with each day.

Drinks and bumps. Scratches.

Found the visor.

Bloody hell. Where do you start? House first obviously but that level of devastation is pretty shocking to see.

Stinky. Damp. Mold and mildew.

It hasn't stopped raining. Rain and heat. Flies.

I ran the box fan that was in the den until it caught fire, it got damp and didn't like it (can't figure that out but eh).

Carpet needs cleaned, roof and some of the walls on the south end of the house are going to need to be replaced.

As it sits, untenable. Plan is to go back this weekend and tear out the insulation that got wet in the roof, clean up and try air out. Maybe attempt to shampoo the carpet and get the central air running to dry it all out.

Start at the top and work down.

I'll pull the tin off, pile that up to be taken, pile up the timbers. I'll have to just board up the workshop window for now. No idea if the window unit still works, that was blown onto the floor quite violently. I'll then have to put things in there and that'll have to do but it looks like the workshop might have to come down too, doesn't feel overly stable.

It's not a complicated structure, there's just a lot of it.
