I spent ages trying to place it so it doen't block my vision.
I'm not saying its right but there are plenty of cars where the manafacturers place their screens high up on the dash
That V50 I had was bad enough for visability. A posts you could literally lose someone in and the B post meant checking your blind spot by checking over your shoulder pre-overtake was physically impossible. All in the name of safety
I honestly wonder how many people get injured or killed because of this progress*.

Here's a Ford Kuga factory dash. Total afterthought.

Previous gen transhit custom was like that.
Looked like it would easily snap off.

I suppose it also depends on how much you have to fiddle around with it.
In the car, not at all. Set my destination before I start off, and thats it. As for music, I can play it via this from my phone (through the car speakers) or play it from the USB port and a memory stick.
The one I have purchase for the bike will get touched more....
I tried to get the kia up this slope a couple of weeks back but it just started slipping. My 1995 ford maverick used to piss it. Has the kia auto 4x4 or do I have to press the diff lock button?
Might have had the prop removed for economy.

Well it it doesn't do it then obviously just hut the fucking button if it has one! Saying that, with the diff lock engaged it really isn't going to want to navigate a tight bend like that. The summer tyres on it will be making the biggest difference.
