Stupid questions about motorised conveyances

Talk about your cars etc here. Keep it sort of sensible and on topic please.

Stupid questions are now abundant.

Why does a Roller need 4wd ?
Why is somebody selling such a new prestige car ?
Most importantly, why is it being sold off a driveway on Ebay ?

The sellers other items raise the same questions.
Fingers and thumbs sums indicate the seller has half a million quid of cars under tarps in his back garden.
Are these being sold on some sort of commission/sale or return basis otherwise with the rise in interest rates he's probably on dodgy ground? I'm certainly not in the market for one but if I was, as Merc says, the 'premises' would certainly put some doubt in my mind.

I had no idea they even offered 4x4 on those. Not that I'd ever want one anyway

Nothing says “pikey dealer” quite like a block-paved front garden…

I had a look at the seller's gaff on google maps - it looks like a pound shop Bond Villian's lair.

I checked it out too! Dodgy looking to say the least, all those iron railings and Buckingham Palace gates everywhere. I bet its full of pit-bulls and Marlenes in that street.

The email is interesting:

"Fletchersfascias".

I suspect that was an earlier business venture.

I've seen quite a few new vag electric jeeps that are completely covered in condensation on the inside of the windows. I'm surprised they can even see out. Is that because the ventilation system is shit or are they too afraid to put the heating on to demist due to range anxiety?
