Re: What did you do today?
I would look carefully at the servo pipe work. I had a problem with one the other week that when the pipe was off it fell into a coolant drain tub and got a little water inside. That was enough to fuck up the one way valve. Blowing it through with compressed air really buggered it up so I had to change it.

Failed miserably changing the tre on the van. Couldn't find my ball joint splitter although the nut came off easy with the ugga dugga and didn't have a spanner big enough for the check not on the arm.

Still earning its keep......
Unpacking from our first record hop at the new venue last night. There was another 12 inch powered Yamaha and a box of cables on the back seat just now as well. Tip run tomorrow with the weekend's spring clearance of garden waste......

Hammer or pair of.
It's a piece of piss providing you have the angle of dangle to swing at it.
The nut on the bastard arm is a different story. Whilst I eventually got the 24mm bastard moving on Tommy's Range Rover (L322), I couldn't get the bastard TRE to move on the inner. It wasn't quite looking like it had spent the winter at Drum's but it wasn't that good either.

Re: What did you do today?
A 2 or 3lb hammer a swift whack (after slackening the nut on the underside obvs)
What size is the nut further in? 22? 24? You're a plumber, just use two pairs of stilsons.
Lidl had a set of combo spanners 6mm to 32 for about £35 not that long ago. I've got them to piss around with airlines and bleeding fridge units cunts have run dry.

Re: What did you do today?
Nah, you should be on the side as arrowed, not trying to fuck the nut/thread up.
