Re: What did you do today?
This alfa has been parked up along the road from me for as long as I can remember. A quick look online and it seems only to get driven to the mot centre and back every year. What a waste.
I wonder if I should leave a note under the wiper. It would make a decent project.

Re: What did you do today?
I sold my Cagiva Mito.
I hankered after one for years after I sold mine. I was 21 at the time and I thought I'd still fit on one at 38 and it'd be just like old times.
I was wrong, I can't ride small sports bikes anymore, my wrists hurt too much.
I'll keep the Supercity, I can ride that comfortably.

Honda vision would suit him.
It's like sitting on your favourite sofa. Especially considering his age..

Went outside because it stopped raining about ten minutes prior and the floor had a chance to dry.
Yup, that's 40.5°C, and it's not even sunny- no thank you. Feels like a sauna out there today.

Given that I used to work in a freezer warehouse and even there I would sweat.. yes.

Talking of Alfas...
I proved the 147's load lugging capacity earlier. I spotted an interesting car in the scrappy while having an idle mooch around, so me and my mate liberated the front seats from it.
One in my car and one in his, and back to his house.
But what were the seats from?
Yep, a Rover 200 BRM!
We gave them a good scrub and they came up well.
He got them for a bargain price, and plans to put them in his Morris Minor for a laugh. He already has Rover 200 seats in it, on modified brackets, so it shouldn't be too hard to swap it over to these.
After a good scrub, they were a comfy place for a brew in the sunshine.
