I have barely even stuck my nose out of the door today, pissed right off with being fucking wet through.
Saturday......

Renewal through for the BMW. £510 paying monthly. A quick trip to the meerkat got it down to £340. I even remembered to call the previous lot to remind them not to auto renew.

Got my van renewal this week....up to £210 from £192. On that basis the Chrysler ought to be mildly inflationary rather than take-the-piss dearer as they are both with Flux. Mrs Rocker's Focus policy showed a similar uplift last September. Not greatly happy but not pissed off enough to start the ballache of requoting.

Took the Doblo for its ITV (MOT) today. I booked it in, online, over a month ago for today at the place that has tested it the last three times.

I get there, and they aren't doing tests today,as they are on strike. They never bothered to ring me, send me a text or email to let me know. It was an 80 kms round trip too. Receptionist said she could book it on for 28th March (the day before expiry), so I declined and made my excuses and left.
There are 3 test centres within 22 kms of me, but all of the Sitval group stations in Valencia Community are on strike.

So booked it in online for Monday with the nearest ITV station to me in Murcia, who's stations are not on strike. Its a 90 kms round trip though...

Had a wonder to explore the finest Lincolnshire has to offer. Collected a bike in Grimsby, over to Cleethorpes for donuts and chips which was a fail as nowhere was selling donuts. Ended up buying a cob from butchers in wragby then dropped bike off in south hykeham.

Used to be a treat when going to the east coast to stop off and get chips in Wragby.

Chippy was shut. Only ended up in wragby as I got in wrong lane in Grimsby. Instead of going down the a46 I ended up on the a16. Rather than cut folk up with a trailer on I went down towards Louth then across not far from cadwell and into wragby. A158 and back to a46.
