Managed to program a new key card for the Vel satis using the renolink software. Really chuffed with myself. Went through and cleared historic fault codes out the various ECU's as well.

Changed the MAF sensor this morning and it's made fuck all difference.
P00BD is the code.

A brief Google on the phone and it looks like the air intake temperature sensor. Only £15 but still ffs.

Do a live sensor reading with a scantool to see if that's reporting sane values.

Yes genuine. Still putting up the same code. I haven't got a posh one reader.
It says the Maf intake temperature is too high. I presume the intake temperature sensor is reading too low and confusing the Maf sensor.

The parts are cheap enough to use the cannon at the moment. I can't deal with the fucker off the road anymore.
