You can also buy Supercharged bikes these days too , like the Kawasaki H2SX and H2, I can't say I like that GSX14 posted but I'm not a huge fan of 'modified' bikes

Superchargers are a lot easier to make rideable, bikes get rather interesting with sudden power increases mid-bend when turbos come on boost. Hence the massive turbos so it happens slower & gives the rider more chance to survive.

Would it be possible to set up some sort of forced induction system to generate torque steer so that it'd be easier to go round left hand bends for example?

Yamaha did the XJ650 turbo.
Only ever saw one and that had waste gate issues.
