Two wheels good.

Talk about your cars etc here. Keep it sort of sensible and on topic please.

I ended up with a helmet they list at £389.99, visor £53ish & pinlock £30ish for £390. Can't argue that & hopefully if I get a decade out of it, then it's cheap enough. I should do as it turns out the XR-1000 hasn't been sold for about 15 years, so it should last as long as that.

Have a pic stolen from Helmet City.

Nice, if you can justify the cost get a transitions visor, they are fuggin brilliant and a game changer (for me anyway)
I considered it but they are pushing £200 I was told & that's another helmet. Besides there is a pocket in the Sprint fairing where I can keep sunglasses anyway.

One advantage of getting to work at 3:45am is you can park near the door. My new lid works to keep the rain off and the wider field of view is great.

Is it still true that the Mick Irish in Norn Iron can still ride a 250 on a provisional licence?

Do the U Boat refuelers south of the Irish border have different rules to the UK?

Any idea what the learner laws are in the Isle Of Man?

I know on Scottish islands not connected to the mainland they don't need a CBT for a 125 if they stay on the island.

Went to MotoGP in Valencia today. Rossi's last ever race. Oddly, if you add the numbers of todays date (14-11-21) together, it equals his race number. Sad to see him retire.

Bike security taken seriously here-took this photo from the hill over looking one of the bike parking areas.
