Yeah I can see the six pots being a bit weak for Busas, which makes it more amusing they want to fit them on Triumphs.

Brilliant day to go out
I also had a go on friend's BMW F800R.
I forgot how easy it is to ride a light motorbike. So nimble, responsive and swift in corners. I can only imagine that all the MT and similar bikes handle equally well.

That's cheap. A place near me it's them up for 4k+ at times. Love the cubs but I'd never be able to afford 1 now,had 2 around 8 years ago but prices gone mental

Re: Two wheels good.
It's reduced from £4,400 as it didn't sell.
£1.50 was bad enough for a cuppa in their cafe thing for me. It's where I got my 14, but they've moved sites since then (only about 1/2 a mile uphill to stop flooding).

- I scored very low on the autie test. I’m cheerful, happy, confident, like meeting new people, chatty and largely sociable. What the fuck am I doing on this forum?

Fantastic price the ad says. They’re not fucking wrong. They used to be £20, maybe a oner for a good one. It’s madness I tell you.Hooli wrote: ↑Tue May 04, 2021 10:03 am This made me chuckle on saturday, just* £3,600 for an 'as new' C90.

It was parked next to a nice looking Bullet 500 Scrambler that was up for about £4k too, I wouldn't pay that either.

Re: Two wheels good.
Absolutely. Bro Honda bought his gay 50cc Little Cub '14 for c. £975 quid equivalent brand new (although Abe-VAT hadn't kicked in or was very low then)
A brand new Super Cub 50 MRRP is ¥236,500 (including 10% VAT) / £1557. Even a 110 is only £1847.

Re: Two wheels good.
We used to smash the fairings off and race them on the beach. Full revs in neutral and just stamp them into gear.
Practically indestructible. I can always remember tightening the chain though.
My first on the road bike was an Xreg 50cc in blue with a with fairing.

Re: Two wheels good.
That red one in the back. I've shared better pictures before.
Long fork with narrow handlebars, hard tail with car tire (Swedish style). 1.2 litre panhead converted to 1.6.
Fuck me, how difficult is controlling that thing at low speed or turning on junctions! Once in second, steering is piss easy and really enjoyable. I liked the riding position, only problem was that open clutch belt on left side and protruded carburetor on right require you to position feet in funny way. Something to get used to i suppose.
Damn, that thing is rapid. I'm sure most of you have seen that old german video of old gray bearded hobo looking guy on a harley chop racing some "Yamasuki" bike.
This felt like it can keep up if not leave behind anything plastic.
Sound was amazing, surprisingly little vibration. Fun to ride.
What stopped me buying it today?
Even though I thought I agreed with owner on price, he asked today for another £1k. Not cool.
Considering it is an old bike there were far too many little issues that made me think it isn't worth the money.
It isn't off the table yet but right now I can't see myself getting that red chop.
