^ That's Tremadog. I used to go climbing there, about 2 miles down the road on the left of your photo, by Eric's Cafe. He likes bikes too, they're always welcome at his cafe.

1994 Vauxhall Calibra 3.0 V6
Running but need fettling:

Aye that's the place, I know the name now you said it. I must have passed his cafe as I went that way too.

Eric's a fucking legend. He did the first British solo ascent of the Eiger in 1981 and was the first person in the world to base jump off it in 1986. He's still climbing, skiing & base jumping at the age of 84.

Re: Two wheels good.
Oops, I must have failed to tighten a bolt up when I did the pads the other day as I found this when I wheeled the bike out to change the oil today...
I've now got a shiney replacement in place & just need to wait a few years for it to weather to suit.

- I scored very low on the autie test. I’m cheerful, happy, confident, like meeting new people, chatty and largely sociable. What the fuck am I doing on this forum?

Is it wrong to be impressed that anyone manages to text while riding a bike? I know I'd fall off or drop the phone as soon as I tried!

Re: Two wheels good.
I see (mainly) scooter riders doing it all the time in London. Drives me crazy them weaving all over the road while I’m trying to work.

That reminds me, I'm buying this CBR1000F for the third time this month off Minimad5. It has passed between us so often that we sometimes forget who owns it!
