My transport guy wants 1200 to ship a car from Madrid to me in Somerset so his price isn't so bad and you don't have to isolate when you get back

I've emailed him, but I'm thinking it won't be worth it. Which is kind of a shame.

I’ll have a virtually empty van but won’t be back until Feb/March next year. If it’s not lockdown crazy I could always collect and store until then if not urgent? Let me know the postcode where they are and where they’re going to.

I think they are in Leuzigen. Only thing is he needs them gone by the end of Dec.

No rush to get them here really & thanks for the offer.

I think I may struggle with that one sadly. Find something in Brittany and I’ll happily chuck it or them in the back. We are usually pretty much empty on the way back.

The profit on the '92 Blade will cover the costs easily.

I'm putting this here so I might be able to find it again, it's the difference in Phillips & JIS screwdrivers.

Re: JIS Screwdriver suggestions needed.

WELL, FOR ABOUT THE 100TH TIME. There is no JIS standard anymore. The JIS design was incorporated into the DIN Phillips standard and no longer exists as a separate entity (sort of like a Borg thing). TOPTUL and all of the quality Asian and European brands are now JIS compatible. It's been this way now for many years and yet the myth lives on. Only in America are Phillips screwdrivers immune to what the rest of the world considers to be a proper Phillips screwdriver. The DIN drivers are not only infinitely better with JIS screws than the American type they are also significantly better on true Phillips screws than the original "Phillips" design. The fit is way tighter.
and some nice screwdrivers - Wera Lasertips:

2008 I believe was the end date for JIS standards.

Hence why JIS screwdrivers fit my 2001 bike a lot better than Phillips or Pozidrive stuff.
