It's years since I've borrowed it from Rhu library. I reckon it would mention then Allegro at least, it was first published 1978.
There's one or two on Amazon for a couple of quid.

I've got the genuine 5 way union but the switch is from Bearmach which I added as part of a big order.

Maybe I should get a better one.
