Looks like the poor guy has spent a load of money on paintwork, I wonder if it's for sale as the DVLA have asked for details and photos and it's going to lose its ID?
If he bought that blind based on the description, (historic vehicle tax and test exempt when he was told repeatedly it wasn't) it was advertised with I think I would be going legal to try and get some money back
