I'd rather not have one as a starting point that looks like it'll fall apart with the next gust of wind.
If the wood is that rotten, imagine what the floors are like!
I do like the idea of restoring a Morris Minor. All flat panels and the complicated curves like the arches and bonnet simply bolt on.

The plate wants removing and the rest divested of useful parts* and then dropping into a foundry.
